> Sanctions screening by name: a yes/no preview and the full screen

## Sanctions screening

Two new endpoints screen a company or person name against the OFAC SDN, EU and UN
sanctions lists, which Limitguard holds locally and refreshes daily:

* `POST /v1/sanctions/preview` (MCP: `sanctions_preview`) answers yes or no and never shows
  an entry. It is not charged, up to 10 calls per caller per UTC day.
* `POST /v1/sanctions/screen` (MCP: `sanctions_screen`) returns each matched entry: list,
  entry id, programmes, countries, listing date and match score. It costs \$0.11.

A name match is not a determination.
