> Trust badges withdrawn, no charge for a rejected MCP mirror call, and error responses that match the docs

## Trust badges withdrawn

`GET /v1/badge/{entity_id}`, `GET /v1/badge/{entity_id}.json` and
`GET /v1/verify/{entity_id}` showed a demo score that was not based on any check. They
now answer `410 Gone`. See [Trust Badge Unavailable](/guides/errors#trust-badge-unavailable).

## A rejected `/v1/mcp/*` call is not charged

The REST mirrors of the MCP tools (`/v1/mcp/check-entity`, `/v1/mcp/risk-score` and the
others) returned a rejected request as a 200, so the call was paid. They now answer the
standard 422 validation error, and nothing is charged, as on `/v1/entity/check`.

## Error responses

* A 401 or 404 raised by an endpoint now uses the RFC 7807 problem body, like the other
  errors.
* The monthly-cap 429 now carries `Retry-After`: the seconds until 00:00 UTC on the 1st.

See [Errors](/guides/errors) and [Rate Limits](/guides/rate-limits).

## `/v1/audit/verify` is scoped to your key

`GET /v1/audit/verify` checked the whole service's audit chain and counted every
customer's records. It now checks only the entries made with your API key.
